Resale pace surges in towns near city

Housing resale activity in communities surrounding the city saw higher growth in 2012 than the city itself, says the Calgary Real Estate Board.

Sales in towns and cities near Calgary soared 21 per cent last year, reaching 3,970 deals compared to 3,293 in 2011.
