Plazacorp agrees to acquire Keyreit, trumps Huntingdon bid

Plazacorp Retail Properties said on Monday it has agreed to acquire Keyreit (KRE.DB.A-T 101.35 0.00 0.00%) for roughly $119 million, a move that trumps an unsolicited bid from Huntingdon Capital (HNT-T 12.34 0.00 0.00%) and allows Plazacorp to expand its retail property footprint.
