The number of existing homes changing hands across the country was 15.3 percent lower in March than a year ago, although sales nudged up 2.4 percent from February, the Canadian Real Estate Association said Monday.
"We'll be watching closely as the spring market picks up to see whether the March sales increase marks the beginning of an improving trend," CREA president Laura Leyser stated in a press release.
