Survey zeros in on buyer satisfaction

Better questions mean better answers — that’s the idea behind a new survey of new home buyers.

CustomerInsight will not only be conducting the questionnaire, it aims to create a system that will allow homebuilders to delve deeper into what the surveys are saying, making for better experiences for customers.

“A Calgary builder can benchmark their own research against Calgary and area, southern Alberta, all of Canada, and even the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario if they want to,” says Christian Caswell, president of CustomerInsight.
